Who We Are
A mission born from compassion
Karmada Foundation began not as an organization, but as a silent promise — a promise to serve, without seeking recognition. For over three months, the founding team carried out social work without a name — distributing food, supporting sick families, and helping where the system didn’t reach. But soon, the need grew bigger, and so did the commitment. That’s when, with the help of dedicated supporters and a shared purpose, Karmada Foundation was officially formed. The name is deeply rooted in legacy: combining the names of Keshav Lal (grandfather) and Narmada (grandmother) — grandparents of founder Pratik Panchal, who laid the values that guide this mission. Thus, “Karmada” was born — a name that means one who gives through good karma.
We work with street children, remote communities, orphaned girls, and families without access to healthcare, irrespective of religion or background. From arranging marriages for orphaned daughters to treating children with serious illnesses, we’re present where hope is lost.
compassion to community care
Inspiration Behind Karmada Foundation
Pratik Panchal’s journey into social service wasn’t sparked by one grand event — it was seeded in quiet acts of kindness he witnessed as a child. His grandmothers, Narmada and Shantaben never turned away a hungry soul. She didn’t have much, but whatever she had — food, advice, warmth — she gave freely. Her compassion wasn’t a speech, it was her nature. Watching her serve others with such simplicity left an impression that never faded. As Pratik grew older, he saw the inequalities around him more clearly. He realized that many people weren’t looking for handouts — they just needed someone to stand with them. Driven by this insight and the memory of his grandmother’s values, he knew he had to create something real, something structured. That desire turned into Karmada Foundation — a platform where help is human, immediate, and unconditional.

What We Stand For
Bridging the gap between privilege and poverty
At Karmada Foundation, our purpose is clear — to reach people whom society often forgets. From children on the streets to families in remote villages, we stand beside those who face daily injustice due to poverty, lack of awareness, or poor infrastructure. Through consistent food security, access to education, medical relief, and dignity-based social work, we ensure help reaches where hope is fading. Our commitment is not just to serve — but to truly change lives.

The World We Imagine
A society where care is a collective responsibility
We dream of a world where help doesn’t come as charity, but as shared responsibility. A society where no child skips school due to financial constraints, where women are encouraged to become independent earners, where health emergencies don’t crush families, and where orphaned girls begin married life with dignity. Our vision is rooted in empathy, equality, and access — a world where every life matters, and no one is left behind because of where they were born.

Our Guiding Principles
Compassionate action, transparent intent
Karmada Foundation is built on values passed down through generations — simplicity, humility, and humanity. Every project we run is guided by the belief that help must be genuine, quick, and respectful. We ensure full transparency in how funds are used, provide real-time updates to donors, and operate with deep accountability to both our supporters and beneficiaries. Our team leads with heart, but follows with discipline — because values are not just what we say, but what we consistently do.

The Path We Follow
Scalable models To A Lasting change
We don’t just react to problems — we create replicable models that solve them. From our school kit campaigns to our emergency medical aid system, each initiative is designed for low-cost, high-impact delivery. We aim to support 10,000+ individuals every year, expand across rural and urban margins, and scale through local partnerships. Our goal is to not just grow in numbers, but to grow in depth — reaching more people, more meaningfully, every single day.
